DAVID J. RICHMANN (45), 1949 - 1994. Died, Oct. 5, l994, at the Waverly hospital of an apparent heart attack. He graduated from WSR in l967. He served in the U.S. Army in Viet Nam, earning the Bronze Star Medal, the Purple Heart and the Army Commendation Medal; he taught school in the Cedar Valley and Iowa Falls Sch. District; he then worked as parts manager for Coonradt Ford-Mercury in Waverly; he then worked for Carney-Alexander-Marold in Waterloo and Gloria Aleff and Associates in Waverly; from l984 – l994 he worked for GMT Corporation of Waverly where he held the position of Vice President of finance. He was married to Catherine L. (Coonradt). They had four sons, Jonathan D of Waverly, Michael T., Andrew L., and Christopher L. of Waverly.
